At TAF we will professionally fit you for running and walking shoes. Our fit technicians are trained to look at your feet and check your gait cycle to ensure that we put you in the correct footwear. Whether you are training for The Outer Banks Marathon, the Twin Bridges 8K, walking your dog around the neighborhood or need to rid yourself from foot pain we are here to put you in the right shoe.
At our Morhead City store we have the FitPrint system that helps us determine what foot type and gait cyle you have. The Fitprint shows us your pressure points while standing and then you walk across the pad and we can see how your foot pronates through the gait cycle and this process helps us put you in the correct running shoe.
Too busy to come to the store to buy shoes? Your shoes can come to you. We'll check your account, find your shoe of choice, and keep you posted about any updates of your favorite shoe. We will ship your new shoes to your door.

At TAF we have a frequent buyer program. Buy 5 shoes, it doesn't matter for who and includes sandals, and receive half off (the average of the 1st five) on the 6th shoe. That boils down to an additional 10% off each footwear item.
